Today the girls are 10 days old. Here's pics of Livia(top) and Nina!
Georgia's PDA closed with the aid of medicine! She is still breathing on her own with CPAP and holding her own. She is not feeding as of today. Maybe tomorrow!
Nina is still on vent. They turned her over to rest on her stomach today. She seems to like that. She is feeding 1 cc every 3 hours and Dr say maybe by end of the week she will be on a more constant feed. Daddy read to Nina tonight for the very first time. The story was "The Little Engine That Could" We will take turns reading this story to each baby.
Livia decided she was too tired to stay on the CPAP. So last night she was put on the vent to give her lungs some time to mature and give her a much needed break.
She is feeding 1cc of milk every 6 hours.
All the girls are on antibotics. They receive blood transfusions almost daily.
For right now all are holding their own.
