Today Georgia had to join her sisters and be put on vent to assist with breathing. Her labs were showing too high of CO2 levels. Doctors told us this would probably happen with the girls being born so early, so we are not shocked. They just ran out of steam this week, and need to rest up a little before trying on their own to breathe again.
I had the opportunity to change Georgia's diaper and take her temp today. She has not started feeding as of yet but maybe tonight.
Nina is having a good day so far. She is a bit constipated so they are giving her a suppository later today. She is feeding every 3 hours.
Livia had her first bowel movement which is good news. They are uping her feeds to 1cc every 3 hours like her sister.
Spoke with Dr Cleary today and he is pleased with the girls progress, even though they are on vents. He said he wants them on to "feed and grow" during this time.

Nice to see Judith holding Livia and Jason crooning alongside. I show Gracie pictures of the girls and she says, "Babeeee!"

Hi Fox Family!
We have been checking, just not posting. Congratulations on your 3 miracles. We are all so in love with them already. We can't wait til they all get big and strong and can come home with you for good. Love that you're singing and reading to them; we bet they enjoy it! Y'all are in our prayers EVERY DAY.
Love,
Kristin, Chris and Owen
Hi Foxy & Judith,
Foxy, Amy forwarded me the news about the girls and your blog. Judith, we have not met, but I was friends with Jason in college. I am keeping you both and the precious little ones in my prayers. I love that you are reading them the Little Engine That Could. You are already wonderful parents.
Take care,
Christine (Oliver) Wiegand
